Really just the basics is a small space, and nothing more. You can get done what you need to do, but not always conveniently. 1/5 for general setup & Equipment The free weight equipment is not the best, nor in the best shape. The free weights and racks are not only worn, but are also a particular system and setup that makes it quite cumbersome and inconvenient when it comes to certain exercises. There is very little room for functional training. 2/5 for Service Knowledge on nutrition is lacking, and trainers are only moderately knowledgeable or have too little experience. The prices are, in my opinion, a bit high for the services offered. The owner is always friendly. 3/5 for Facilities The facilities are nice and clean and the decor is pleasant, but there's too much in such a small space, which is a problem that is exacerbated when the gym is full. There are times when the gym is quite empty, which makes training pleasant. There are also smoking areas at both entrances to the gym, that often times disrupt the cleanliness of the air while training.
